"Once on our honeymoon, once on our anniversary. Both dining experiences have been phenomenal. On our first visit, I had a triggerfish special with crabmeat jasmine rice and a saffron cream sauce... and my wife had their barbecue chicken with sweet potato side. Most recently, we both had their filet oscar... and the meat was perfectly cooked and almost melted in your mouth. Every appetizer we have tried has been outstanding, the bartender has a heavy hand, and desserts are always a perfect finish to a great meal. I almost hate giving such a glowing review, but I hope others may find this hidden gem and love it just as much as we do."

Southern food with a purpose
"I had the opportunity to dine here, for my 27 birthday, with my future wife and her family. Being from out of town, I was looking for something particularly southern, outside of my normal favorites of fried seafood or NC BBQ. After looking at their menu online, I decided Floyds 1921. My experience in one word is...WOW!! The service was friendly and attentive to our party's needs, and was absolutely great overall. The food was even better! Floyd's is a restaurant with a southern flair food, that the whole family can enjoy."

"OMG! You HAVE to eat at Floyd's at least once in your life. Be sure to call ahead for reservations because they do fill up, especially on weekends. The kids menu is reasonable priced and is delicious. The dinner menu is pricey, but so worth it. Floyd's is not just a meal, it's an experience in Southern Coastal cuisine."
