Shana is the other and equal half of Floyd’s Restaurant and Catering. She is the company’s sales and marketing guru and manages the "front end” of the house with enthusiasm and joy. She is a Johnson and Wales graduate with 22 years experience in the hospitality business, including a successful career with Wyndham Hotels.
“I am so proud of the reputation Floyd and I have established, not just locally, but all over the country,” says Shana. “We’ve become known for our above-and-beyond customer service as well as our food, and that is all we ever dreamed of doing.”
